| Chapter activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of H.O.G. chapter members riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles. There are four categories of activities, all activities are identified as follows:
• OPEN EVENTS
are those chapter events which are open to chapter members, national H.O.G. members and other guests as desired.
Dinner Runs and General H.O.G. Club Meetings are Open Events and are scheduled every Tuesday evening. They are geared toward having fun, fellowship and good eats. All Dinner Runs and General Meetings leave at 6:15PM from Wild West Harley-Davidson unless stated otherwise. You may also meet us at the destination if you prefer.
Sunday rides are scheduled a couple times a month during the warmer months and are an Open Event.
Guests are welcome to attend an Open Event once or twice to see if our club is something they would like to join.
• CLOSED EVENTS
are those chapter events which may be attended only by FLATLANDER chapter members and one guest per member.
H.O.G. Club roadtrips are Closed Events. Chapter members must be current on yearly dues.
• MEMBER EVENTS
are events that are open only to H.O.G. members.
• OFFICER and ROADCAPTAIN MEETINGS
are closed meetings and only FLATLANDER HOG Officers and/or RoadCaptains may attend.
